The product arrived on time, fast delivery. I am not giving 5 stars because the amount of plastic in the package. I understand the importance of receiving the product in good conditions but the amount of plastic is crazy and not necessary. The product itself has “protection” against damages.

Disappointed ☹️ was informed order would arrive by 3pm Friday - NOTHING- Saturday am they apologised and said order would arrive by 3pm today - NOTHING ARRIVED ‼️ Now too late for present and I’m left embarrassed- NEVER AGAIN

First time ordering from Harts of Stur. Everything as expected and to a good standard.

Great service, quick delivery and items exactly as described. I was especially impressed with the recyclable filling used inside the box! I will definitely be back again. Very impressed.

This is the second time I have bought something from harts of stur where the description did not match the item I received. Quality of the items was fine however they sent me both products that were not as described and when I asked to have a partial refund they refused. The only way to settle it was to send the two items back.
Overall I would say beware incorrect item descriptions & poor business practices. I won’t be using again. Burned twice and it will not be a third.

So many things to choose from and at good prices. The website is easy to use and easy to navigate orders are delivered swiftly with full tracking availability. Items are well packed and protected. Excellent customer service.

Bought a knife rack and the fittings were put on upside down at the back of teh rack. I followed the instructions given and used a 6mm but this damaged the wall as the but size given was too small and should have been using a 7mm. I pointed this out and Harts of Stur refused sedning a replacement accused me of using the wrong but size?! I followed the instructions used a spirit level and a high qulity bur.
Really unprofessional customer service accusing the customer to be in the wrong when the item is in fact faulty.

I bought a set of six ceramic willow pattern posset bowls from Harts and was really pleased with the service. They arrived quickly, were very well packaged and the packaging is bio-degradable. Will be recommending Harts to friends and family and be purchasing from them in the future.

Harts of Stur are amazing. Something for everyone's budget. Top quality products. Customer service is second to none, no matter how little you have spent.
I can't believe some of the reviews. Don't be put off by the few bad ones. I am 67 years old and I highly recommend Harts.

I have used this company twice. On both occasions they kept me updated on the status of my order and delivered according to their quoted timescales. I recently made an order with Lakeland which quoted a 2 day delivery but then moved the estimated delivery date to a month later. I wish I had ordered through Harts of Stur instead

Until lockdown, I'd never heard of this company but in an effort not to put more money into the already bursting coffers of the online giants, we took a risk and went more local. Great website, perfect products and reasonable prices. Communication was excellent and we love the ecofriendly packing material which protected fragile items beautifully. Have used twice so far and will continue to look here first for household items. Thanks!

Lying cheating company that blames customer for faulty product and deletes reviews that they don’t like. They steal money from people and claim that their product Hal I’ve warranty. If they were honest, they would not delete the comments as soon as you post it. Do not trust them, awful customer service and dishonest company!
